Ordering parts is where jobs lose their margin
Parts ordering usually happens in a different window, on a different screen, in the middle of doing something else. The part gets ordered, the job carries on, and the price never quite makes it back onto the invoice at the right number. Sometimes it does not make it back at all.
The other cost is time. Switching between a supplier portal and the job record, copying registrations across, then writing the part and price onto a sheet by hand is a few minutes each time. Across a full week of jobs it is a serious chunk of somebody's day spent retyping things a computer already knows.
Garegi puts the catalogue inside the job. You are already looking at the vehicle, so you search from there, add what you need, and the part lands on the job with its price attached. The invoice then reflects the real cost of the work without anyone reconstructing it later.

Search the full GSF Car Parts catalogue from inside Garegi. Filter by vehicle (reg/VIN), part category, brand and price. See what's in stock at your local branch.
One-click ordering
Found the part? Click order. It's added to your GSF basket and dispatched. The part and cost appear on the Garegi job automatically.
Vehicle-specific lookup
Enter the customer's reg and Garegi filters to parts that fit that exact make, model and engine. No guessing, no returns for wrong fitment.
Live pricing & stock
See your trade price and stock availability in real time. Know before you promise the customer whether the part is available today or tomorrow.
Costs on the job
When you order, the cost is tracked on the job. Your invoice includes the part cost with your markup. Margins are visible per-job and in reports.
No extra fee
GSF ordering is included in the garage management module (£200/month). No per-order fee from Garegi. You use your existing GSF account and trade terms.

You're working on a job. You need a part. Click "Order parts" on the job screen.
Search GSF
Garegi shows parts that fit this vehicle. Filter by category (brakes, filters, etc.) or search by part number.
Order in one click
Select the part, confirm the price, click order. The part is dispatched from your nearest GSF branch.
Part lands on job
The part cost is recorded on the job. When you invoice, it's included with your markup calculated automatically.
Common questions
Do I need my own GSF account?
Yes. You order on your own GSF trade account at your own pricing. Garegi connects to it so you keep your existing account and terms.
Does the part price carry onto the invoice?
Yes. Parts you add go onto the job with their price, so they end up on the invoice instead of being remembered later or missed entirely.
Can I look parts up by vehicle?
Yes. You work from the job, which already has the vehicle on it, so you are searching against the car in front of you rather than starting from scratch.
Can I order tyres the same way?
Tyres go through the Bond integration rather than GSF. It works the same way from your point of view: search, price, and add to the live job.
What if I use a different supplier?
Garegi integrates with GSF for parts and Bond for tyres today. You can still add any other part manually as a line item on the job, with your own price.
