GSF Car Parts integration
Search, check availability and order GSF wholesale parts directly from the job card. Ordered parts are automatically added to the job. No phone calls, no switching systems.
How it works
- Search by vehicle: the job card already has the vehicle registration, so parts search is filtered to the correct make/model automatically
- Check availability: see stock levels and trade prices before ordering
- Order from the job card: place the order without leaving Garegi
- Auto-add to job: ordered parts are added to the job card's parts list with trade cost and your markup
- Invoice ready: when the job is complete, parts are already on the invoice
Why it matters
Without integration, ordering parts means opening a separate website, searching by registration, placing the order, then manually typing the parts into the job card. With GSF integration, the whole flow happens in one place, saving 5–10 minutes per order and eliminating transcription errors.

Garegi also integrates with Bond wholesale, giving you two supplier options from the same job card interface.

GSF integration is included in Garegi at £200/month. No extra charge, no per-order fees. You need your own GSF trade account.
