Feature
Sell tyres online. Order wholesale in one click.
Garegi connects to Bond International wholesale so you can search, price and order tyres without leaving the app. Customers search and buy tyres on your website, pick a fitting slot, and the job appears in your diary with the tyre already ordered.
Tyres are a stock problem and a speed problem
Tyres tie up more cash than most other stock in a workshop, and the sizes you actually need change constantly. Hold too much and the money sits on a rack. Hold too little and you are ringing round for a 225/45R17 while the customer waits in reception, which is exactly when a fitting centre down the road wins the job.
The awkward part is that tyre work is time-sensitive in a way servicing is not. Somebody with a damaged sidewall needs it today, not Thursday. If you cannot answer 'can you do it now, and how much' in under a minute, you have usually lost them.
Garegi keeps your own stock and live wholesale availability in the same search, so that answer takes seconds. You see what is on your rack and what you can get in, with your pricing already applied, and you can commit to a time knowing the tyre will be there.
Where the time actually goes
- Finding whether you already hold the size before ordering another
- Checking wholesale availability without leaving the job
- Getting the right price onto the invoice, not a guess
- Letting customers find their size online instead of ringing
Because the same catalogue drives your public site, customers can search their registration or size, see your prices and book the fitting themselves. That turns tyre enquiries into booked jobs overnight and at weekends, when nobody is answering the phone. See the booking website for how those bookings arrive.
Everything tyre-related, handled
Bond wholesale integration
Search Bond's full catalogue by size, brand or vehicle. See real-time stock levels and trade prices. Order with one click and the tyre is on its way.
Customer tyre search
Your website shows a tyre search widget. Customers enter their reg or tyre size, see available tyres at your retail prices, and book a fitting slot instantly.
Margin control
Set your markup rules (percentage, fixed amount, or per-brand) and Garegi calculates the retail price automatically. Change margins globally or per tyre.
Stock management
Track what's on the shelf. When a tyre is fitted, stock deducts automatically. Run stock takes, view history, and export to Excel.
Tyre images on your site
Bond product images display on your website so customers can see exactly what they're buying. No manual image uploads needed.
Included in your package
Tyre stock and Bond ordering are included in the garage management module (£200/month). No extra fee per order or per tyre sold.
How online tyre sales work
Customer searches
They enter their reg or tyre size on your website. Garegi shows matching tyres at your retail prices.
They book & pay
The customer picks a tyre, selects a fitting slot, and pays online. The job appears in your diary.
You order from Bond
One click orders the tyre from Bond at trade price. It arrives at your door, usually next day.
Fit & done
Fit the tyre, close the job. Garegi tracks the margin and updates your stock automatically.
Common questions
Do I need my own Bond account?
Yes. You use your own Bond trade account and your own pricing, so you keep your existing supplier relationship and terms. Garegi connects to it rather than reselling to you.
Can customers buy tyres on my website?
Yes. Customers can search by registration or tyre size on your own site, see what you offer with your prices, and book a fitting slot. The booking arrives as a job in your diary.
Does stock update automatically?
Tyres you hold are tracked as stock in Garegi and come off as they are used on jobs. Wholesale availability is looked up live when you search, so you are not working from a stale list.
What if a size is not in stock?
You search the wholesale catalogue and order it against the job you are working on, so the tyre, the price and the customer stay attached to the same record.
Can I run stock takes?
Yes. Stock takes are built in, and you can export the results to Excel if you want to reconcile them elsewhere.
Turn your website into a tyre shop.
Customers find you on Google, buy a tyre, and book a fitting, all before you pick up the phone.
