What Garage Hive actually costs

Garage Hive advertises "starting from £145 per month." That's the software subscription. But Garage Hive runs on Microsoft Business Central, which means every user who logs in needs their own Microsoft licence. Independent comparison articles put that at roughly £62 per user per month.

For a small garage with one owner and two staff, the monthly software cost is:

Then there's the setup fee. Garage Hive's pricing page doesn't publish it, but independent articles report it runs into the thousands of pounds, covering onboarding, data migration and initial configuration.

Hidden costs to watch

The per-user licence is the biggest surprise for growing garages. Every new hire, every technician who needs tablet access, every additional location that needs a login. Each one adds another £62 a month. That cost scales with your team in a way that a flat-rate system doesn't.

Garage Hive offers online booking, but whether a full customer-facing website is bundled or charged separately is not clearly published. Many garages end up commissioning a site separately, adding a build cost and a monthly hosting/maintenance fee from a web agency.

What Garegi actually costs

Garegi's garage management module is £200 a month. That's the total. No per-user fees, no setup fee, no separate website charge. The same three-person garage pays £200 a month from day one, and adding a fourth or fifth team member doesn't change the price.
